Fix Outlook Freezing when Editing Signature

Sometimes when editing signatures in Outlook, it will freezes on you or sometimes close Outlook completely. This maybe is caused by having to 2 versions of Microsoft Office installed. One is store app version of Microsoft Office and the other is the actual Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus. Follow the following steps to remove the store app version of Microsoft Office down below. 

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Right click the windows logo and click settings.
  2. Click Apps.
  3. If you see a Microsoft Store App version, you should delete or uninstall it.
  4. Also, delete Microsoft Office Desktop App.
  5. It should only have this version of Microsoft Office 365.
  6. If problem still persists, please send a ticket.
