If the computer mouse is having major lag time when trying to navigate around.

Step-by-step guide

Follow the following steps to fix the problem:

  1. Check that the sensor on the bottom of the mouse is clean (blow on it or use a compressed-gas duster).
  2. Try to restart the computer (sometimes computers run out of memory from having too many tabs and applications open)
  3. Ask Front Desk for new batteries.
