The Executive Conference room is in Southfield in suite 150. There is a computer and phone connected. To make calls, a user can either use the phone by itself (the touch screen connected to the speaker in the middle) or the computer through Skype for Business. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Turn on the TV.
  2. Make sure that the keyboard and mouse are on and working. 
  3. Login (there is a card on the table with the Username and Password. 
  4. Launch Skype.
    1. Regular phone call
    2. Video call 
  5. Lock the screen once you are done.
