If you have forgotten the pin needed to release a print job in the Southfield office, follow these steps to change it.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the windows button and type print and select printer and scanner.
  2. Locate the respective printer and click on it.
  3. Select Manage. 




  4. Select Printing preference.
  5. Locate the secure print with three dots.




  6. Select the three dots and change the 4-10-digit pin.
  7. Select apply and OK.
