Add Shared Email Account to iPhone

Follow the following steps in order to add a shared-email account (such as immigration@epitec.com, deliverysupport@epitec.com, etc..) to an iPhone. 

In order for you to be able to add a shared inbox to your Outlook app, you need to have access to the inbox. 

Step-by-step guide

From the Outlook app

  1. Click on your picture.
  2. Click on the Gear icon
  3. Under Mail Accounts, click Add Mail Account, from the menu, click add Shared Mailbox
  4. type shared mailbox email address.
