Step-by-step guide

  1. Right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right corner of the computer. 
  2. Select "Playback device". 
  3. Select the "Playback" tab. 
  4. Select Digital audio and make it the default (this will reset the audio system on the computer).
  5. Select Polycom USB Audio Playback and make it default again.
