How to transfer bookmarks from other browser (Chrome, Firefox, ect.) to the "New" Microsoft Edge

This is a how to guide to transfer bookmarks from Other browser (Chrome, Firefox, ect.) to Edge. It also features how you can sync your bookmarks in the “New” Edge so they are saved to the cloud.

1. First open the “New” Microsoft Edge

2. Click on the favorites icon on the far right side of the browser. (Shown below in Red)

3. Then you will want to click on the on the three dots in the favorites menu. (Shown below in Blue)

4. For there, you will click on Import Favorites. (Circled below in Red)

5. It will take you to a new menu, where you can select the browser you would like to import bookmarks from. **Make sure you choose the right one or it won’t work**

6. Good Job! Your bookmarks are now transferred.

To sync your bookmarks, you are going to want to sign in in Edge, unless you have already done so.

1. To do this you will click on the empty portrait at the top right of the browser and sign in using your Epitec email credentials.

2. If you have already done this, you will want to click on your portrait and confirm that sync is turned on. Your bookmarks will automatically sync when its turned on and you’re all set.
