Open TeamViewer Application

If you are having issues with your computer or IT needs to remote in to take action, we use an application called TeamViewer.

Sometimes, we can remote in without the help of the user. However, sometimes, we will need you to open the TeamViewer app and send us the ID.

To open the app:

  1. Click on the windows key either on your keyboard or your desktop

  2. Type TeamViewer and an app should show up.

  3. Then, click Open

  4. Once the application opens, please send us a screenshot of the pop-up, so we can see the ID and password.
