Problem

I have a candidate that was uncomfortable giving me the last four digits of the social security over the phone. What is the secure link I can send to access this information?


Solution

You can:

Send the candidate a secure email by typing 8(asterisks)secure*(asterisk) on the subject of the email.      

OR

Send the candidate this link https://securesend.epitec.com/ where they can type their SSN and you will get it in ATS under Unread Secure Messages.
