Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Outlook or 365.
  2. Click on File and select Option.


  3. Select Trust Center and go to Trust Center Settings.


  4. Under the trust center settings:
  5. Go to automatic download and uncheck the "Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML emails."


  6. Then, click OK.
