Connect to the Collaboration Room

The Collaboration Room is in Suite 150 on the right side by Rebecca's office. It uses a Surface hub. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. On your computer, click the Windows key and “K” at the same time
    1. For Mac, click command + K.
  2. A black menu on the right-hand side of your screen will open.
  3. Click on Collaboration Room.
  4. Wait a couple of seconds for the connection.

If this does not work (some older Mac computers cannot connect), there is a HDMI core on the back of the TV that you can connect to the TV and your computer. 

Note: when done, make sure that you hit "Exit Session" at the bottom of the Surface Hub screen to close the session. 


Attachments for meeting:

In order to add items to be display for meetings on the Surface Hub, the user account for the Surface Hub needs to be added to the meeting. The user name is Southfield IT Room User.
