Reset Printer Passcode

In case you are not able to print, try to reset your printer password.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Windows button.
  2. Type Printer.
  3. Click on Devices and Printers.
    1. Also can be found: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
  4. Right click on the printer that is connected to the machine (i.e. Suite 100).



  5. Click on Printing Preferences.
  6. Click on the 3 dots next to Secure Print.



  7. Delete the old password and type a new one. 



  8. Click OK. 
  9. Click Apply and Ok
  10. Close Control Panel. 
  11. Test it and make sure it is working.
