Problem

One of my monitors will not turn on.  I checked the connections but still won’t turn on.

Solution

  1. Check that the monitor is properly connected. 
  2. Readjust the cable connection to the monitor and to the brick or surface (if the blue light is on, then the monitor is on and it is connected).
  3. Restart your computer. 
  4. If it keeps happening, refer to KB Setup Screen/Monitor.
