International Calling
If you are trying to call an international number and you get a diagnostic error message.We do not have an international subscription plan at the moment. Even if the call is to Canada.
The person will be able to call you and you can answer, but you cannot call the number yourself.
Solution
Set up a Skype meeting and send the invite out to the person in the other country. That way, you can both call into the meeting from your Internet connection.
