What happens after my contract is ended?

Please inform me about the procedure once the contract ends. I have the following questions:

  1. Who will handle my case to look for a new contract job opportunity? Is there anybody who will reach out to me to get it started?
  2. When will my last paycheck?
  3. Will my accrued PTO be included in my last paycheck?
  4. What will happen to my 401K?
  5. What happens with my insurance?

Solution

We will be following up after your last day with a separation checklist that outlines all of this information, but here is some general information:

  1. Please keep in touch with your recruiter for further information on another position. Update your resume and send it to them and let them know you wish to proceed with another position with Epitec and if they can help you look.
  2. Please refer to the payroll schedule: Payroll Schedule
  3. You only receive a PTO payout after 90 days of employment with Epitec. Your accrued PTO will be paid out in the paycheck following your last paycheck with your hours worked.
  4. For the 401k, please contact ADP at 1-866-695-7526 and reference plan number 471510. All transactions can be completed over the phone following your final paycheck processing date with Epitec.
  5. Your insurance will be terminated last day of the month only for medical, dental and vision. The rest of the insurance terminates the day that you are terminated.
