Surface won't Turn on

Problem

Surface won't power on. I was using it at my desk in the docking station when it went into power save mode and froze up. I restarted it and now it's completely shut off and won't power back on.

Solution

Restart the Surface by holding the volume up and power button for a couple of seconds at the same time. 

This will reboot the Surface.
