Pair plantronics earpiece via Bluetooth

This guide will tell you on how to pair the Plantronic earpiece via Bluetooth in case you lost the USB connector. Keep in mind, this will only work if your computer has Bluetooth capabilities. This guide will also show you how to pair the earpiece to the USB Adapter.

Pairing to computer with Bluetooth

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth feature on your computer
  2. On the lower-right corner of the screen, there should be a Bluetooth symbol
  3. Click on it and click "Show Bluetooth Devices"
  4. Click Add Bluetooth or other devices
  5. Click Bluetooth once it prompts you how would like to add a device. 
  6. Click on Bluetooth.
  7. On the earpiece, press the talk button on the earpiece until you hear "Pairing".
  8. Click on the device name once it populates.
  9. From here you should be able to use the earpiece without using the USB connector.

Pairing to USB adapter

  1. Turn on Bluetooth earpiece
  2. Make sure the USB adapter is not plugged in yet.
  3. Press the talk button on the earpiece until you hear "pairing". Once you hear it, plug the USB adapter in. (You will hear a beep sound followed by "pairing")
    1. Note: If you don't hear it say "pairing" after the beep, just keep pressing it for 5-10 seconds then plug the USB adapter in.
  4. Once you hear "PC connected", the earpiece is connected to the USB adapter. (You might need to turn off then turn back on the earpiece to hear the message)
