Problem

The TV is not turning on.

Solution

Make sure that the TV is correctly plug in. 

  1. Unplug the cable box from either the wall outlet or the box itself.
  2. Wait 5 seconds and plug it back in.
  3. The reboot process may take 3-5 minutes.
  4. When the TV turns on, the reboot is complete.
