Mouse and Keyboard not Responding

Problem

Keyboard and mouse are not working. Therefore, not able to login into the computer. 

Solution

  1. Make sure that all the cords are connected properly. 
  2. Make sure that the keyboard and mouse battery are charged. 
  3. Restart the computer. 

The mouse and keyboard should be working, if not, contact the help desk.
