Email Signature not Showing

Problem

My email signature needs to be set up. It must have been erased after I set up Outlook again. 

Email signature is not longer available. 

Xink needs to be updated. 

Solution

To Update Xink:

  1. Click on the up arrow on the bottom right corner of you PC.
  2. You should be able to see Xink (It looks like a white square with grey lines - almost like a piece a paper).
  3. Click on Xink.
  4. Click Update Now.
  5. After the update is done, go to you Outlook and click "New Email".
  6. If signature is still not updated, make sure to have standard selected for the default signature in the New messages option. (Also, make sure you are using your Epitec email account).

    (After clicking Signature in the Include groups, click Signatures at the bottom of the drop-down menu.)
  7. After clicking OK, close Outlook, and repeat steps 1-5.
  8. If signature is still not updated, save and close whatever you are working on and restart that computer. After restarting, close Outlook (this sometimes open automatically after restarting) and repeat steps 1-5.
    Also, check to make sure to have standard selected for the default signature in the New messages option. (Also, make sure you are using your Epitec email account).

The signature should be updated. If it is not, please submit a ticket.
