What will happen with my benefits after termination?
Solution
Your benefits (vision, dental, and health) will end at the end of the month of your termination date. For example, if you are terminated on January 10th, you benefits will be terminated on January 31st.
Once your contract has ended and you are terminated in our payroll system, any Medical, Dental, or Vision enrollments you currently have will mark you eligible for our COBRA plans. Once the system is aware that you are on a terminated status, you will be sent COBRA information on how to enroll and contact information for our COBRA representative. It is a slightly different process than paying benefits through your pay stubs with Epitec, but it is benefits we offer after employment.

COBRA information will be sent in the mail within 14 days of being registered in the system. Employees can call 800-594-6957 to get assistance with logging in if they cannot wait for the letter.
