In-Network doctors for BCN HMO Medical Plan

Step-by-step guide

  1. Visit www.bcbsm.com
  2. No need to log in. On the home page, there is a blue “Find a Doctor” button:

 

3. You can search without logging in.

4. For plan, make sure to select HMO

5. Click "Find a different plan" and type in "Blue Care Network" PCP and click "confirm selection"

You will then be able to search for a doctor by Name, Specialty, or Type.
