Unable to Enter Hours for Previous Week in Epilink

If it is past Monday 12pm EST time and you are trying to enter hours for the previous week and the system does not allow you is because the pay cycle has been closed. 

Error "Oops... You can only insert transactions on open payroll schedules."

You need to submit a request through the Employee Portal with your approved time and we will enter it on your behalf. We cannot enter hours into Epilink until they are approved in the client system. Once approved, please send us the screenshot of the timesheet and we will enter the hours into Epilink for you.

The approved time can be on an email to your supervisor, a screenshot of the client system, or a written confirmation that those hours have been approved. 

Going forward, please make sure to enter your hours before Mondays at noon.

Also, please keep in mind that payroll is being processed weekly; therefore, there might be a chance that your hours will be paid in a future paycheck instead of the one that it belongs to due to a delay on the time entry.
