Update Tax Withholdings in ADP

This action can only be taken by corporate employees. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.com/workforcenow/login.html)
  2. Click Myself - > Pay →  Tax Withholdings
  3. From here, you can edit your Federal W4 or your state W4
  4. If you need a different state or local W4, please notify portal@epitec.com. Someone from the Finance team will add the state or locality to your profile and you will be able to populate the correct W4.
  5. Please note that it can take 1-2 pays for the changes to be effective.
