Time Sheet Approval Without Access to Client System

Problem

Occasionally our employees are not able to enter the client system to get their time entered. If their account with the client has not been set up, make sure they have reached out to their supervisor.

 - I am not in the client system yet and my time sheets are due. How do I get my time submitted to you?

Solution

We will need an approval from your supervisor. Please send a screenshot of your hours into Epilink to your supervisor. When they respond and say approved take that screenshot and attach it into Epilink where it says “attach time sheet”. That is the only way we will be able to get your hours approved until you are in the client system. Sorry about the delay.
