Problem
Hi IT,
When I try to download an excel spreadsheet in Salesforce (for MCWT) my computer opens Excel, but not the file? It just shows up as a blank page. Any idea why this happens?

Solution
Please follow these steps
1. Open the Excel document.
2. At the menu bar please locate the View tab
3. Under the View Tab please look for the unhide tab and click on it.
4. Click OK to confirm
Step 2 if step 1 do not work.
- Download the excel document on computer.
- Right click on document and select properties.
- In the dialog box locate the unlock check box and make sure it is unchecked.
