Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the settings on the phone and under mail select account.
  2. Select add account.
  3. Select other.
  4. Under other fill-up the form as follows

IMAP ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Name: Shared email name e.g. Immigration

Email: immigration@epitec.com

Description: Immigration

 

Incoming Mail server

HostName: Outlook.Office365.com

Username: rbell@epitec.com/immigraton

Password: ********

                Outgoing Mail server SMTP: smtp.office365.com 

5. Select done or save.
