When an user is created in JIRA, sometimes it will save the email address as the username. This instructions show you how to change that. This needs to be done from the user's computer (each user changes its own name).
Step-by-step guide
- From the user computer, go to the Support Portal.
- Click on the person icon on the top right corner.
- The user account from that computer will open up.
- Edit the Full Name.
- Click Save.
