Problem
If the TV at the Executive Conference Room is black, the TV needs to be troubleshoot.
Solution
To troubleshoot the TV, follow these steps:
- Verified that the TV is turn on.
- Check TV input to ensure that input 1 (Laptop/TablePC) is selected.
- Check HDMI connection both on the connected PC and the Brick.
- Check the display setting on the PC and verified that Duplicate screen is selected.
- Reset Power on HDMI adapter.
