Problem

If the TV at the Executive Conference Room is black, the TV needs to be troubleshoot. 

Solution

To troubleshoot the TV, follow these steps:

  1. Verified that the TV is turn on. 
  2. Check TV input to ensure that input 1 (Laptop/TablePC) is selected. 
  3. Check HDMI connection both on the connected PC and the Brick. 
  4. Check the display setting on the PC and verified that Duplicate screen is selected.
  5. Reset Power on HDMI adapter.
