View Accrued PTO in Epilink Employee Portal

After 90 days of employment with Epitec. you will be able to see your accrued PTO time in Epilink Employee Portal. You can view your accrued PTO in the Epilink Employee Portal. If you click on "Available PTO hours" you will be able to see how many hours you have accrued per payroll cycle, how many hours of PTO you have utilized, etc.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into Epilink Employee Portal (https://portal.epilink.net/)
  2. Click  Time /Expense on the left hand side. 
  3. Look on the right for the Available PTO Hours. 
  4. If you click on "Available PTO Hours" you will be able to see how many hours you have accrued per payroll cycle, how many hours of PTO you have utilized, etc. 


Note: If you want to borrow PTO, you can utilize our PTO Repayment Agreement which lets you borrow up to 24 hours of your PTO time. The repayment agreement does not affect your paycheck. It only impacts you in the sense that you will not be able to take a PTO until your PTO back is positive.
