Are we allowed to use our PTO for the up coming shut down during Christmas?
Solution
Yes, you are allowed to use your vacation time during the shutdown over the holidays as long as you have been with Epitec for more than three (3) months.
If you have not been an employee for more than 6 months, you will have to sign a Vacation Repayment Agreement (VRA). Here is more information about a VRA: Borrowing Vacation Time (VRA)
