If your calendar is showing "Busy" instead of the details of the appointment, follow the steps below. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the user’s outlook click on file and options
  2. In the dialog box, click on calendar.
  3. Under Calendar options, click on Change permissions for viewing Free/Busy Options.
  4. Under read, check full details.
  5. Close out of outlook.
  6. Click on the windows button and type in "outlook.exe/cleanfreebusy".
  7. Relaunch the users outlook application and outlook will do a quick update.
  8. Go back to admin station to verify the users calendar showing details.
