401k Loan Procedure

Problem

If you would like to take a "General Purpose Loan" from your 401k and not a Hardship loan, this information will pertain to you.

Solution

1. Log into your 401k account by going to www.mykplan.com

2. Select "Loans and Withdrawals" on the left pane.

3.  If the participant requires spousal consent to take a loan - it is advised to complete the physical form that is attached.

4. The form must be completed and returned to Epitec for a plan administrator signature before further processing.
