If you have lease or purchase a new vehicle from one of our suppliers, you are eligible to participate in Epitec's ECAP plan.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Submit a request through the Employee Portal. 
    1. Ex: I would like to enroll in the ECAP benefit program. Please find the lease agreement to my new car attached.
  2. Attach proof of purchase/lease agreement. 
    1. The vehicle must be under the Epitec's employee's name. 
    2. It must be a new vehicle. 

The dates should be updated every 6 months. Current example: July 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018. The ECAP we send in January, should be updated to be 1/1/19-6/30/19.
