  2. It will walk you through step by step on how you personally should be filling out the federal W4
  3. Submit a request to the Employee Care Team through the Employee Portal requesting to change your W4s. Please include which forms you want to change (federal, state if applicable, or city if applicable).
  4. Changes will be effective for the next open payroll cycle.
