When will I receive my 1095-C form?

The IRS issued  IRS Notice 2018-94 on Nov. 29. They have extended the original Jan. 31, 2019, deadline for employers to distribute 2018 Forms 1095-C or 1095-B to employees. They now have until March 4, 2019, to get employees those forms.

When these become available to be mailed, they will also become available online through ADP.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into ADP (https://workforcenow.adp.com/)
  2. Click on the Myself tab.



  3. Click on Pay.
  4. Click Annual Statements and there will be a 1095 column for the applicable year.

These will also be mailed to the address listed in ADP.
