If your Outlook displays an error on the lower right corner saying that it is offline (see below) or if you are not able to send/receive emails, you might be offline.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Outlook.
- Click on Send/Receive tab on the top.
- Click on “Work Offline” on the top bar menu.
- Wait a couple of seconds for the system to update.
- Make sure that you are connected.
