When an user is created in JIRA, sometimes it will save the email address as the username. This instructions show you how to change that. This needs to be done from the user's computer (each user changes its own name).
Step-by-step guide
- From the user computer, go Go to the Support Portal.
- Click on the person icon on the top right corner.
- Click on profile.The user account from that computer will open up.
- Click on Edit account Details.
- Edit the Full Name.Name from the email address to First name and Last Name
- Click Savesave.
