How To: Fix Outlook Display Settings
Problem
My Outlook display is different, how do I get it back?
Solution
In the “View” tab, ensure all of these settings align:
Under “Change View” select “Compact”
Under “Current View”, then “View Settings…”
Select “Other Settings…”
Make sure both of these checkboxes are selected:
Hit “OK” x2
If none of the above resolves your issue, submit/reopen a ticket with IT.
