You only accrued time during pay hours (regular of vacationor PTO). If you take unvoluntary unpaid time off, then you are losing the opportunity to maximize your vacation PTO time. Note, some of the accruals in December do not get accrued into your bank until January 5th and January 12th. So that is when you should be around 80 hours.
