Will you withhold any amount from my hourly rate on top of the amount that I will pay by period? If yes, how much?
Solution
If you elect Adding medical insurance , we will decrease your hourly rate. It's calculated by Finance so I cannot provide an exact number unless you would like me to escalate it to them. However, its typically around $2-3 lower.If you select any of our other insurance plansto your compensation package does impact hourly rate. This is in addition to the weekly premiums deducted from your paycheck.
All other insurance benefits: dental, vision, STD/LTD etc. that is included and will not be additional decrease to your pay rate. (but will still have the deductions per pay period)- do not impact your hourly rate. However, these benefits also have weekly premiums which will be deducted from your paycheck.
