- Make sure that the Word document does not have any special characters on the title such as a dot ".'", apostrophe " ' ", etc. on the title.
- User is not able to add a word document that contains a link.
- User deleted the link and uploaded the resume.
Make sure that the documents that you are uploading into ATS are saved as Word Document NO Word 97-2003 Document.
