Step-by-step guide
- Right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right corner of the computer.
- Select "Playback device".
- Select the "Playback" tab.
- Select Digital audio and make it the default (this will reset the audio system on the computer).
- Select Polycom USB Audio Playback and make it default again.
