- Open out emailOutlook or 365.
- Click on File and select Option.
- Select Trust Center and go to Trust Center Settings.
- Under the trust center settings:
- Go to automatic download and uncheck the "Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML emails."
- Then, click OK.
