  1. Turn off the surface.
  2. Plug the battery charger in the surface
  3. Keep it plugged in for more than 30minutes30 minutes
  4. Turn on the computer and it should start normally and still be charging if it is plugged in.
  5. If it still doesn't charge, contact IT.
