Problem
If it is past Monday 12pm EST time and you are trying to enter hours for the previous week and the system does not allow you is because the pay cycle has been closed.
Error "Oops... You can only insert transactions on open payroll schedules."
Solution
You need to submit a request through the Support Employee Portal with your approved time and we will enter it on your behalf. We are not allowed to cannot enter hours into Epilink until they are approved in the client system. Once approved, please send us the screenshot of the timesheet and we will enter the hours into Epilink for you.

Also, please keep in mind that payroll is being process processed weekly; therefore, there might be a chance that your hours will be paid in a future paycheck instead of the one that it belongs to due to a delay on the time entry.
