One of my monitors will not turn on. I checked the connections , but still won’t turn on.
Solution
- Check that the monitor is properly connected.
- Readjust the cable connection to the monitor and to the brick or surface (if the blue light is on, then the monitor is on and r it is connected).
- Restart your computer.
- If it keeps happening, then a new monitor needs to be installedrefer to KB Setup Screen/Monitor.
