Problem
I am trying to attach a resume into a candidate's profile and it will not let me. I can attach the AQF but the resume will not work.
Solution
- Make sure that the Word document does not have a dot ".'" on the title.
- User is not able to add a word document that contains a link.
- User deleted the link and uploaded the resume.
Make sure that the documents that you are uploading into ATS are saved as Word Document NO Word 97-2003 Document.

Solution: Copy/paste text into a new document and save as a Word Document. Then, upload the new version to ATS.
