The Collaboration Room is in Suite 150 on the right side by Rebecca's office. It uses a Surface hub.
Step-by-step guide
- On your computer, click the Windows key and “K” at the same time
- For Mac, click command + K.
- A black menu on the right-hand side of your screen will open.
- Click on Collaboration Room.
- Wait a couple of seconds for the connection.
If this does not work (some older Mac computers cannot connect), there is a HDMI core on the back of the TV that you can connect to the TV and your computer.
Note: when done, make sure that you hit "Exit Session" at the bottom of the Surface Hub screen to close the session.
